Phys. Ed/ Health

A healthy body supports a healthy mind, and at Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, our Physical Education program is designed to help students develop the skills and habits needed for lifelong wellness. Through engaging activities, cooperative games, and age-appropriate sports, students build teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and respect while learning the importance of sportsmanship and personal responsibility.

Our curriculum encourages students to embrace active lifestyles by promoting physical fitness, healthy decision-making, and an understanding of the important role that nutrition and exercise play in overall well-being. In a supportive and encouraging environment, every student is challenged to grow in confidence, develop healthy habits, and discover the joy of staying active.

At NCCS, we believe that fostering physical, social, and emotional wellness helps prepare students for success both in the classroom and throughout their lives.
